You can cancel your membership at any time simply by using the online form provided by the payment processor here to cancel or if you experience problems using this option you can contact customer support.

How do I view the movies online?

You view the movies directly on your computer, no downloads needed. To view the movies you need to have flash installed on your computer.

You can check to see if you have flash installed by visiting the compatibility test page. If you do not have flash installed on your computer you can get it for free by clicking here.

Yes, buying a membership and using your creditcard to do so is 100% safe and all information is handled discreetly and never sold or given away to anyone.

Yes, your DVD will have a full animated menu and chapters so that you can easily skip from movie to movie and scene to scene.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is FREE to anywhere in the world.

Do you ship to the US, Canada, Australia, etc... ?

Yes, we ship to every country in the world. If your country is not available on the shipping form please contact us regarding how to do a cash order.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes ?

Yes, since we use the regular mailing system this is no problem.

How do you ship the movies?

We ship all movies by regular mail. For your privacy all DVDs are shipped in discreet white boxes. No where on the shipping box does it mention the name of the site or the company you purchased from

Does the DVDs come in jewel cases with covers ?

No. To be able to send multiple dvds as a letter jewel cases are not included. The DVDs are discreet with only the number of the DVD - there are no covers or mentioning of the content on the DVD

How long does it take before I receive my movies?

Most orders arrive within 1-2 weeks but it might take up to 30 days, depending on your location.

What if my order gets lost or stolen?

If your order gets lost, stolen or has not arrived within 30 days we will send you a free replacement. Just send us an email and explain the situation.

Will the DVD play on my DVD Player?

All DVDs are Region 0 NTSC movies, which means they can be played on every DVD Player worldwide (Including PAL DVD Players!). All DVDs are burned on DVD+R Discs, this is the most common standard and works on almost any DVD Player and PC (check here to check if your DVD player supports DVD+R Discs).

What is your refund policy?

Refunds are only issued upon the safe return of the DVD's shipped. In case an order has not arrived within 30 days we will send you a free replacement. DVD's can not be exchanged for a different DVD at any point after an order has shipped.

After you have confirmed your order we will send an email to you summarising each order you have placed. Once the payment for your order is confirmed your order will be packaged in a plain white box and posted to you.
